The Suspended Charities list is provided as a service to the public allowing donors to see when a charity is not in compliance with the Solicitation of Charitable Funds Act. When a charity has failed to pay a fine imposed as a result of failure to file a registration or financial information required by law, that charity may be suspended. Suspended charities are prohibited from soliciting donations in South Carolina.
